We've designed this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in the gated Villages of Crystal Beach in Destin, Florida, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, for families, girls trips, and couples getaways where the fun is built in and the stress is left behind. 🛏 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Four bedrooms and a loft, specifically laid out so every member of the group has a comfortable place to rest. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (maximum occupancy, including children)
- Bedroom 1: 1st Floor, King Bed, Ensuite Bath. Ideal for couples or grandparents who want their own private space.
- Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor, King Bed, Balcony Access, TV. Step outside and start your morning before anyone else is awake.
- Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor, Queen Bed, Ensuite Bath, TV. Private and comfortable for couples or solo travelers.
- Bedroom 4: 2nd Floor, Two Double Beds, TV. Works great for kids, teens, or a pair of friends.
- Loft: Twin Daybed, PlayStation and Board Games. A fun bonus space that doubles as the group hangout.

🍽 KITCHEN AND DINING
Equipped with the items you need to make family breakfast or a group dinner.

Starter Set: We include a starter supply of dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started. Please note that for food safety reasons, spices and open food items are not included. For anything else you need, Whole Foods and Publix are both less than a mile away.

🏖 BEACH ACCESS
We've stocked the house for a great beach day. Chairs, umbrella, wagon, and toys are included. Load up the wagon and go. Crystal Beach is a short 10-minute stroll through a coastal neighborhood.
- 12 beach towels provided
- Free Seasonal Shuttle: picks up and drops off at the house when you'd rather ride
- Shuttle Schedule: March 1 to April 26 and Memorial Day Weekend through October 31

Guests have full access to the Villages of Crystal Beach community pool area. One of the best pools on the Emerald Coast. It's a large, beautiful resort-style pool that the whole group will love.

🔑 GUEST ACCESS
You'll have full access to the entire home and beach gear.
- Self check-in: Check yourself in with the keypad
- Gate code and door code sent at least 24 hours before arrival
- Security: Ring doorbell and exterior spotlight camera at the front entrance (exterior only)

ℹ️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-In: 4PM | Check-Out: 10AM
- Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests total, including children. Strictly enforced by the City of Destin and the HOA.
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years or older. The person who books must be present for the entire stay. No third party bookings. Reservations made on behalf of another party who will not be present will be cancelled.

Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking. Overflow parking is available near the back entrance and around the pool area. No RVs, trailers, boats, or motorcycles permitted inside the gated community. Please note that the Villages of Crystal Beach HOA does not permit outside golf cart rentals inside the gated community.

No Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind under any circumstances. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. Violations will result in a $250 fine plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.

No Open Flames: No candles, fires, or open flames of any kind inside or outside the home.

No Parties: Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM with security patrol active overnight.
Violations of quiet hours will result in a $200 fine. Parties or events will result in immediate loss of deposit and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

No Pets: This is a pet-free property, no exceptions. If a pet is brought in, you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

Security Deposit: A $400 hold will be placed before check-in and released 3 days after check-out provided no damage or violations occur. Security deposit must be scheduled to confirm your reservation.

Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and must be signed to confirm your reservation.

Government ID: A valid Driver's License or Passport is required to verify the booking guest and must match the signer of the rental agreement.

Cancellations: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control.
